2005
Mind Detox
In 2005, I create Mind Detox while working as a therapist on detox retreats. The method becomes quickly known for being super effective at discovering and resolving the (mind-based) ‘root-causes’ of physical, emotional and life issues.
I am the Mind Detox therapist on a fly-on-the-wall documentary series called ‘The Spa Of Embarrassing Illnesses’ - aired in 30 countries. I then write Life Detox with nutritionist Amanda Hamilton. I am involved in two more series of ‘The Spa’, filmed in France and Scotland. In 2009, I start offering Mind Detox Practitioner courses.
2012
Mind Calm
I create Mind Calm and start teaching my ‘peace with mind’ philosophy. In 2014, I published my first book book with Hay House Publishing: ‘Mind Calm - The Modern-Day Meditation Technique that Proves Stillness Is The Secret To Success’. I start offering Mind Calm Coach training courses.
2015
Body Calm
Drawing upon my understanding of the mind-body connection, I create Body Calm - a powerful meditation technique for healing the body to heal and stay healthy. With Body Calm, I also create 5 Directories listing the common mind-body connection causes of over 100 health conditions, along with issues relating to the body parts, organs, 12 systems that make up the body, and 5 senses. 2017
Calm Cure
To help people to apply my ‘peace with’ philosphy to their every day life, I create Calm Cure - which works to calm the unconscious conflicts that I’ve found to be causing chronic health conditions and persistent life problems.
As I often draw upon all of my techniques during my one-to-one sessions, I combine Mind Detox, Mind Calm, Body Calm and Calm Cure to create the Calmologist Certification course. I end up winning the Federation of Holistic Therapists ‘Tutor of the Year’ award.
2023
Soul Calm
The spiritual community I was in for 14 years becomes very ‘culty’ and I get out in 2021. I become passionate about sharing ‘non-toxic spirituality’ and helping people to avoid the common spiritual traps. In 2023 I create and start teaching Soul Calm - my most advanced meditation technique - for healing in a healthy way and knowing thyself.
I’ve not written a book about this yet, as I’m currently in the process of teaching it via live events and online courses. In the future, if you are a trained Calmologist, you will be able to take the Soul Calm Coach course to be qualified as a Master Calmologist.
